On time arrival

It's almost time for the 3rd installment of Where in the World is Birdie Baby Accessory.

Before you play you need to be sure that you have become a follower of Birdie Baby's blog as well as gone to FB and "liked" her page.

I will give you clues and a picture of the CITY we are in.  You may already know the answer or you may need to get online and look up some of the clues, i suggest that you check all of the clues to be sure you have the right location, even if you think you know.  Once you have discovered the CITY submit your answer along with either your paypal, email, or full name in the comment center of the blog, NOT ON FB (we only ask for this information to have a way to contact the winner).  All of the correct answers will be put into a random drawing, and one lucky winner will receive a $5 gift certificate for BBB. You may ONLY comment once, repeat comments will not go into the drawing twice.  Be the 1st, 5th, and 25th to answer correctly and get your name in the drawing twice.  Let's make this fun so no cheating.  Don't scroll down to the comment section and copy other answers, find the answer for yourself :)

What ISLAND are we on......

Nestled in the Andaman Sea, located off the west coast of the Malay peninsula, it is the largest of its countries Islands.  Known to early European travelers as Junkceylon this tropical paradise boasts beautiful sandy beaches that attract tourists from all over the world.  It is mostly mountainous covered in lush forest, and was financially sustained by tin and rubber in the 17th century.  It is surrounded by stunningly clear water, and lucky divers have the rare chance to catch a glimpse of the beautiful whale shark off its coasts.  You can arrange to ride an elephant through the vast jungle terrain or snorkel on a coral reef.  It  has a tropical climate with highs near 84F and lows of 73F.  It was devastated in 2004 by a Tsunami caused by the Indian Ocean earthquake.    Its name is derived from the Malay word “Bukit” (meaning hill), and was also known to the Malay people as Ujong Salang.  The movie “The beach” was filmed on a nearby island and is a huge draw for tourists.

Hi Birdie Baby Boutique fans, it is about time for round 2 of "Where in the world is the Birdie Baby accessory"!!!!  We had a great first round and are excited to play again!

The game will run from March 5th 9pm EST until March 6th 9pm EST.

Mark the date on your calendar and get ready for the second round of our game.  Our game will be once a month and those who play every game of "Where in the world is the BB accessory" will also be entered into a drawing to win a great prize from one of the exotic places that we visit.  If you didn't get a chance to play the first game don't worry, as long as you play the remaining rounds you will still get entered for the bonus prize.  Tell your friends now so they don't miss out on the chance for the final drawing this summer!!!!
